Please remember many of my products but not all are made to order and require a lead time of one day.
This is what makes my product bespoke to all clients; however, some are stocked and sent that day.
Logistics
You will have a choice of postage depending on the weight of your purchase/s
You will have postage options on Timeline and Tracked or Un-Tracked delivery.
Damaged or Loss
If goods are damaged or lost, we’ll support your purchase via Royal Mail and resend.
You must report damage on arrival of said purchase to (sales@bearscents.co.uk)
For lost purchases just contact me via email (sales@bearscents.co.uk) so we can resend.
