All "Clients" "Customers" or "You" must register for an account to make purchases via the Bear Scents Website.
All "Clients" "Customers" data resides on a protected SQL Server with online electronic payments via SSL transaction.
All "Clients" "Customers" details, data and perchase transactions are secure and kept by the Business securly.
All "Clients" "Customers" can change or delete their account at anytime as long as all purchases are complete.
Note: - The Business will not take any responsbilty for mistakes or missing orders if "Clients" "Customers" change or delete their Bear Scents Accounts and if done by mistake You MUST contact The Business to rectify issues they may occur due to change or deletion. The Business don't discolse the above to third-parties under any circumstances.
Termination
Bear Scents may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
