Returns Policy
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that you note the information below.
The following Goods CAN be returned:
The Goods are in the original packaging.
The Goods have been damaged in transit.
The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days.
The Goods have not been used in any way and Only inspected.
The following Goods CANNOT be returned:
The Goods that have been used or sampled by you.
The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
The Goods have been damaged by you or third party and no longer viable.
The Goods no longer have the original packaging or packaging is damaged or lost by you.
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly.
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded.
Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded.
This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the returning the Goods to Bear Scents.
Bear Scents will reimburse logistical costs if the above conditions are met.
Logistical reimbursement will be rectified on the receiving of said GOODS
Bear Scents does not invoke or have a return ligistics service.
You should send the Goods at the following address:

Bear Scents cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, Bear Scents recommends using the same packaging, OR packing that is worthy of keeping the said GOODS safe while in transit and using an insured or at least a trackable mail service like Royal Mail. Bear Scents unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of said Goods via return delivery.
